Support for Men

We thought it would be good to have some weekly articles and other resources that are topical and related specifically to issues we face as men. Hover over the Support for Men link and you’ll see good stuff on….

Accountability – We need Christian brothers to keep us centered on a righteous path – to get in our face when the enemy compels us to do otherwise. Here you will find articles and other resources including a plan for joining or even starting your own accountability group.

Fatherhood – Here we will share our experiences as parents and strive to understand that our children do not belong us. We’ll learn how to relate and nurture our daughters as well as our sons. We’ll share in our fears, triumphs and disappointments as we “raise them up in the way they should go.”

Marriage – “Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loves the church and gave himself up for her…” Ephesians 5:25 We’ll discover what it means to “give ourselves up” for our wives and families.

The Single-Life – We will seek resources and testimonies from single Christian brothers to provide a biblical perspective on the difficulties of being single in today’s distracting and broken society.

Sexual Integrity – We will confront head on what many men secretly say is their biggest challenge. With God’s strength and blessing we will expose the elephant in the sanctuary and tackle this huge obstacle that keeps us separated from God.

We don’t want to leave anyone out! Future sections will be devoted to our seniors, divorced and widowed men.
